Steven
J.Rodriguez received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the
University of California, Los Angeles, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern
University School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of
California, and is admitted to practice before the United
States District Court for the Central District and is admitted
to
practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the
Ninth
Circuit. Mr. Rodriguez has been a guest speaker and lecturer
on
various immigration and naturalization topics. Mr. Rodriguez
has
extensive experience in all areas of immigration law from
non-immigrant visas to employment-based and family petitions.
Mr.
Rodriguez also has represented numerous clients in immigration
court and has litigated many actions against INS in federal
court. He was co-counsel in <u>Garrovillas v. INS</u>, a
published decision for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
dealing with asylum issues. Mr. Rodriguez is also a member of
the Immigration Section of the Los Angeles County Bar
Association and the San Fernando Valley Bar
Association. Mr. Rodriguez has been practicing immigration and
naturalization law for over ten years
